>>CheckFree Guarantee Program is Launched to Help Partners Promote Customer Confidence in Online Bill Payment

I took this in stride yesterday, but wanted to comment. I take this as CheckFree deciding it's time to try to write their oun invitation to this party.

I've been back and forth over who is really in control here. Is it ckfr, or is it the damn banks stringing us along? Still I don't have the answer. But I sense that the boys in Atlanta understand the importance of having the consumer feel comfortable with paying bills over the net.

If they(ckfr) are successful, than we don't need no stinking banks. If they don't instill that confidence, than we're doomed to being a dog on a leash and walking with the banks.
