hey Market Watcher, I see you signed on to SI yesterday, and posted only here on this thread.
Do you own any stock in Camphor? Do you have any connection to Camphor or its management? You seem fairly impressed with the assets being folded in, do you have any additional information for us about those assets and their viability? We'd all love to hear something substantive about them.
Regarding Boulle, yeah great have him on the board, have him invest in CFV, no doubt he has diamond mining experience and contacts. But REALLY how useful would that be to US, since CFV is not at all in the driver's seat regarding the diamond project. He'd be better utilized on the DBRSY board, eh?
My issue, which you might want to address, is the unknown value of the consideration to the company vs. the horrible dilution we will all have to live with. What due diligence is being or has been done regarding the magnesium technology and the Equatorial Guinea rights? The mag tech is still being developed, just how prospective is it---do you know anything at all about this? EG looks like a very messy place to do business, primitive infrastructure (or none) and a business/government environment so unimpressive even the IMF halted their programs. Do you know anything at all about this? Please, tell us.

Welcome to the thread
John
