When I see VPs selling large numbers of shares, I view that as cause for concern. But I have given up trying to understand what it is that is driving the prices of many of the internet and internet infrastructure stocks Thanks Eric, you have a nice web-site and the DOT.insiders sell$/revenue/earning ratios were very useful information(imperical study). Hope that you will be able to continue the players be aware warnings to the nets investors/players. See, I think that just about everyone here view Amzn/yhoo/rhat...as High Risk/High Reward plays. Some focus on the high reward but I emphasize the High risk element. For I believe the high risk is inherent and the "so-called high reward" at the other end, maybe frequent for some and for a while but is not part of the reality. All the best, Jan
