Doug, I read the filing and I'm amazed by the rapid international expansion strategy. I hope that IPO funds will also continue to enhance the quality of service WS provides for its domestic customers. If you look at both EGRP and AMTD, the rapid growth after their IPOs offered great long term investment opportunities for their shareholders. FWIW- I'll be buying some shares through my WS account :)
