Hi Peter, still here ... very interesting acquisition, access to 25% of the physicians is a strong strategic move. Will try to get access to the the analyst call today to hear the full story. Have to believe the street will respond favorably to the acquisition, despite the cost. MCNS continues to execute a solid plan, while KOOP and others seem to be struggling. Look at KOOP investment in AOL, given announcement today of partnership with Medscape. Should have struck an exclusive arrangement for the $90M spent. MCNS has a better plan.
