Jeff, do you think we have already moved ourselves away from Y2K and don't need DSYS which will bring further dilutions? I personally think this deal is dead, I felt that three months ago when asking ?'s from Tom and Bob at shareholders meeting. Neither one said anything to indicate that but would not give definitive answers .At current price and ratio the deal is to dilutive for IA. JMHO
