<<IMO the value of TG-3 is not yet even included in the share price.>> You can be sure it isn't. The current price is not even reflecting the value of TG-1 and the gold cap together. OK the financing will change the picture as the stock gets diluted, but the odds are than MAN will make good use of this money and discover another deposit.
