What really chaps me rear is when they hide behind the nick and do dishonest things.

Yeppers. That's why alot of people use the alias'. What I try and remember is that I could be dealing with a 12 year old. It's impossible to reason with a child.

EDIT: It just occurred to me that maybe some are hiding from their boss' by posting with an alias?

OT: Joe, what did you do with DMEC from last week? Still holding or did you cut out?
