I agree, but you are assuming that there has been a huge excercise of the options, that will only be verified by SEC reports. These insider trades will not be reflected immediately. Further, since company closed the 17.5 million credit facility, they are already in good shape to be able to handle growth.

If SEC reports don't show the excersise of options, the inference is that CEO talked to staff, said, "Don't sell and wait until we really show growth. In anticipation of a much higher stock price.
