Well, the market was slow pricing in the Asian recession into IPV's stock price, and it looks like it's slow again pricing in IPV's recovery. I think patience is the name of the game with this stock. I've sold most of my stock holdings over the last month and gone mostly to cash, but this is one of two stocks I am holding on to for the longer haul (bought in at 68cents). Once we get another quarter or two of decent earnings, I think the market will be wondering how this stock stayed below $1 for so long. IMHO
