Ron, it might be worth to go for the super long term capital gain on this one, we need to hold for what, two more years? Unfortunately, I have this (still garbage) in my IRA, so for me that is not a consideration, but those holding this in normal accounts and thinking this company finally got legs, be aware of the fact that investments in stock of small companies (net assets under $50 MM) that hold for five years before sale of the stock pay only 50% of the then prevailing long term capital gain rates.
