The news release begs a number of questions and comments, foremost being that this a letter of intent, not a done deal. We all know what that means. There are a number of questions that come to mind about what certain statements mean in the release. It could be that certain fundamental features of the deal could change as due diligence proceeds. But overall, if this comes to pass, no one will be more delighted than me. Charles
