Charles, the release mentions a "letter of understanding", not a "letter of intent", that, typically would mean a real agreement, no an agreement to agree (g). Of course, without seeing the actual documents and what is written in stone and what on draft paper, we can't know what is going on. The fact that Bill is going so far as to "forecast" the creation of some 40 jobs (pointing to sales of at least $6 MM annually from that site if not more) is encouraging. I would like to know what are the geographical distribution contemplating. The little we see in the agreement is that for $30 MM (combination of cash and equity?, how many more new shares? 100 MM?) they transfer all the rights to the technology and the current share holders may have a diluted portion of the future royalties stream. Am I reading that correctly? Zeev
