Voice-Tel is not a CT compnay. Voice-Tel is a voicemail franchise company. Esentially the McDonalds of Voice Messaging. They buy a complete VM solution from another company and only sell VM service. They are 51% owned by Amway corp, and have approximately 250 franchisee's in 3 or 4 countries. Centigram Communications was recently in negotiations to acquire VT but evidently that deal fell through.

I do not see any correlation between VOiceTel and Dialogic. I do believe, however, that DLGC will pull other CT providers down (BRKT, NMSS, etc) in much the same what that Intel will pull down other semis as DLGC is the leader in CT. VM stocks are down, that will have direct impact on DLGC and other CT stocks.

Of course the entire market is down, and that negatively impacts all stocks - such profound wisdom :) --
