I did some browsing last night on the Lionbridge website. I was totally impressed with everything I saw. This is a top notch, professionally run company. I was reading the bio's of the company officers. It is very plain to me that this is a very well thought out plan. The CEO has an amazingly impressive background, but it doesn't just stop there. Nearly every officer of the company and director on the board have very fitting backgrounds. They also have impressive financial backing represented on the board of directors. I believe that this company wants to succeed and so far it seems that they have put all of their ducks in a row, so to speak, to do just that. I was most impressed in the prospectus that a large portion of the proceeds from the IPO will go to pay existing debt. These do not appear to be people only interested in lining their own pockets. And as for PartyTime's (I think it was he), idea that they are wanting to pave the way for listing on foreign exchanges; I couldn't agree more. There was a line in the prospectus that seemed to indicate that they are pursuing paths to "expose" the common stock to the investment community and establish LIOX (the security) as a worthy investment. I'll see if I can find the exact quote from the document - I thought it very interesting. I thought I would just be playing LIOX for momentum, but it is turning out, the more I look and read, that this may be an investment worth keeping. Good luck to all, KevinT
