I expect we may see a gradual rise through the last week of September, regardless of the convertible gambit everyone's pretty much chewed up and spit out. Why? My guess is some folks may be aligning themselves for VLNC's "end of September" SEC commentary of N.I. plant readiness.

I don't know if one should expect any news of a p.o. nature once end of Sept. occurs, but I think it's reasonable to expect management to bring out the brass band tooting N.I. being ready. After that, who knows....

Just my opinion, of course. Oh, by the way, I made a mistake regarding the receiver of the last tranche of 689,655. Per the Transfer Agent this block of common was received by a HSBC(I stated HSDC, so much for my rock-n-roll ears). Here's a URL for this entity: hsbc.com As for the earlier tranches apparently the agents data only goes back 60 days! So I couldn't get the details. However, she did tell me who in the company should be able to tell me....what're the odds he'll not be willing to give the info.? ;-) Oh, also, as of today C.C. HASN'T converted anything.

Anyway, now let's see how it goes with 'ol VLNC...

John~
