Thugs will get in their cars and drive into gay or black or whatever areas and beat up that fag or nigger just for the pleasure of beating someone they hate. I believe that stiffer penalties will deter some of these activities and reduce the incedence of hate crimes. I think it is worth giving it a shot. Erase Hate, Dennis
