David, personally I think the shorts are insane on this one. All Radisys has to do is come out with a good guarter to frighten the shorts off. Investor Relations department at Radisys states that business "is very good" (a direct quote). Maybe the shorts will cover prior to earnings and they are simply looking for another quick dip between now and then. It appears that Radisys has answered the accounting questions. The individual who brought the suit against Radisys was reported in the media as being part of the financial team at Radisys. However, this is not correct, he was in maintenance. How would maintenance know anything much about finance? Maybe the shorts put this guy up to the suit - a crazy idea, I know, but, one worth exploring.
