Hi Stock Bull the best i can do is remember the old sunkist orange commercial where 2 oranges look the same only one has the sunkist stamp and the other doesnt when the other is opened a monster pops out? If you computer doesnt say DELL you dont know what kind of monsters are gonna pop out<GGG> I think the main issue comes down to QC and testing. although DEll has quite a few patents for geek things that i dont understand that make DELLs run better Frank
