An acquisition of an operating entity is the only thing Jim Graham and William Staudt ever talk about. The Medsite.com deal was just a little sideline deal that came along and they couldn't pass up (I don't blame them). You are right that the news of the Medsite.com deal didn't boost the stock but I am fairly sure that will be a different story on the day of the Medsite.com IPO since it could me a very big boost to JDX's net worth.

However the main thrust all along has been to find JDX a U.S company in the technology field and take it to the NASDAQ either through an IPO or a co-listing. I can't comment on the progress since the only thing I am told is "we are constantly looking and you will be very happy once the deal is announced" and "the news could be out any day" and "we want to make sure to get the best deal for shareholders". Of course they have been saying that for several months....I just continue to wait.

Food for thought....Carlo Civelli's and William Staudt's private placements in Jan. have a one year hold period. Since Carlo is in this play to make money for himself by promoting JDX I guess I should have known all along that he wouldn't make a big push on the company until it was close to the time his shares became free trading.

Best Regards
KEITH
