If I were an RBOC my main concern would be losing ALL revenue to a cable operator. ATT clearly is targeting telephony/cable. Absolutely. What's more, I'd be actually funding companies like CSCO, LU, NT, and ALA to develop the ability to place high quality video signals on DSL. Furthermore, I'd end the bickering over standards, DMT Issue 2, versus G.lite, etc,. with my competitors and get on with winning the battle against the MSO's and T. It's like the American's fighting the Russians even though the planet is being attacked by aliens. Duh! OG
