Haven't got a moment to go back and do the research you suggest, but I normally expect a company to be slower on reporting end of year financials ... due to the time necessary to complete the audit ... than on reporting unaudited quarterly results. And my recollection is that last year the end of year results were very late (due to the need to painstakingly reconstruct all the trades in the trading program). Now, if it gets to be mid-November and still no audited financials for the EOY 7/31/99, I will be very concerned. JSb
