Yep, that's the outfit.

If these guys took down the June and July financings, then they should make an SEC filing on Friday, Sept 10th, because they will own over 5% of the shares (from what I recall about the filling rules). We should see the filing early next week.

When this news becomes public, it should have a beneficial impact on the stock... looks it already is.
