When <not if> they do, just about any non-comatose attorney ought to be able to clean their clock. At the rate we're going, Lucent or somebody such as they will be able to snag this whole sorry company for "lunch money". Just a whisker under $2 million would get you the 5% stake you'd need to start making some <visible> noise.
