Dear Holmer Shareholders: Q2/99 report reveals that Holmer has only $189,391 in cash left. That is approximately one cent per share. To go forward, Holmer will definitely need to find financing quick (and in this environment ie: pre-Y2K and involving a project in Cuba, I really wonder who will ante up?) FYI: Take a look at the Visa Gold website at visagoldresources.com It looks like our money is financing Long John Silver as he looks for pieces of eight!! P.S. I am outta here!!!
