Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand how the deal is much less than 100% certain. Does anyone really think FRO shareholders will vote no, esp. after the recent earnings warning? Will the government veto the deal on antitrust grounds? FRO waived their walk-away right and the collar when they accepted the revised offer. How else could it fail?
