The reverse that is being proposed now has to do with the way in which the company has been reconstructed....you need to talk to the PR guy whose number is at the end of the news release....he is extremely helpful...mind you he lost me when he explained how they are shaping up for a Nasdaq quote as part of reshaping the share structure which was a legacy,leaving them with 95 million shares, which will be brought down to 5 million by a 1/19, and will leave a $10 share to wait out the approval period for Nasdaq, and fund the three acquisitions which are waiting for the $10 valuation to complete, with the end that within 3 months they will be a SECURITY company, manufacturing their own systems, and filling some humongously huge orders for their entrance/exit system in the short term!!! I feel my shares are undervalued...and thats nice!! jmho Caveat emtor!!!
