Wayne, I think they mostly do a competent and unbiased job, as they have absolute standards for some measurements. They are influenced by overly optimistic eps estimates, but the balance sheet is still the balance sheet. The main problem I have is that they often tell you your AAA credit is really BB after it has been in the news and the bond is in the toilet. <g>
