There is good reason for both of us to stop here, because ABOVE ALL in my particular situation I do not want you to feel disorientated about me. Additionally, and as a lesser cause, it is a fact that I do not really want to do a comparative assessment of honor and compassion. I also never proposed that both concepts of behaviour should be opposed to each other. I approve of most of what had been done in the honor discussion before my protestation. Closing remark from my side will be similar to the one I gave before: I am not a social evolutionist; I rather feel attracted by some central features of the Christian message, that (i.e. a 'that' for those features) to my knowledge do not mention the word honor.
