Zeev, EDIT: I see Norm is a graduate of the E. Woods speed typing course...:) Ditto his response. From the release.... "The consideration to Green Oasis is a combination of cash, notes, common stock, warrants and an equipment deposit. Upon consummation, the impact of the agreement is estimated to have a value of $30 million in Green Oasis' favor,...." I took "the consideration to" to mean GRNO will receive the described cash, stock, etc. No dilution would be good. Maybe we have a waste oil version of inet incubator CMGI on our hands. hehe. Wouldn't that be a hoot.
