My view is somewhat different than Dan's. I am real concerned with projected earnings and if the 12/2000 number of $ .39 holds, I would say there will be no upside. However I think that figure is conservative and that 2000 earnings will be greater than $ .39 which will, in turn, allow the stock price room to move up.
