It is my casual surmise that UP and certain AOW directors made a major mistake when they figured that AOW didn't have deep enough pockets to pay for the legal costs to protect it's interest in the GEMINI. What they didn't factor in was the depth and determination of the Pannonian group to protect their deal. I believe when folks are looking back at this whole debacle in years to come, it will be this "fatal" miscalculation will prove to the the undoing of all the errant players. Geeze, talk about rising to the level of demonstrated incompetence. Give me a break. I'll be watching the second act of this farce with intense interest. Lew
