Techie - It depends on how you define a mistake. I NEVER see gains as a mistake....even if it continues to run after I sell. No one can fortell the future and if you allow a past experience to influence your current decision, not based on technical merits, you will not trade for long. The goal is consistency and balance, and most of all, capital preservation. Always ask yourself, "How much is enough?".

Dave did not make a mistake with MDCM if he felt good about selling it, the mistake would have been not following what he felt was right.....regardless of movement on the next day.

Plenty of issues out there, and being blinded by profits is a very dangerous position to be in.

You have been picking well of late, keep up the great work, but always, always, keep yourself in check.
