HB; Ya it's not just the selling at the bottom or close to it
that's caused by pessimism, most of the pessimism is caused
because they can't hold on, they lose their jobs, their cars,
their homes, hey I remember the 87 crunch..and the parking lots
of banks full of repos, and houses for sale all over the place,
people moving to other states, hoping they could at least keep
their kids in collage..the market came back, but many of them
didn't, at least not to the level they were at before.
For many of them it was like starting all over.

Any way in the last year, while the indexes look good..
if you go high to high..instead of low to high..AND if
you take off the belly up ones that are not shown in the
indexes ( the broader market has gone no where ) and that's
what the Average investor and 401Ker has done. Nothing
Meanwhile CNBC and the talking heads tell us every one is
getting rich..well I have sources that shows every one is
far from getting rich just because the S&P is up.
THe rich part is more smoke screen than real.
