| the yahoo board certainly seems pretty depressed, and i posted this over there to someone believing the fall is all mgmts fault. 
 yes, abwg certainly does not qualify as a stellar performer, online brokers in general have faired extremely poorly and brokerage firms also.
 
 dir high 45, now 17.
 egrp high 72, now 24.
 amtd high 62, now 20.
 abwg high 23, now 9.
 
 if you examine the charts you see june as the zenith, and a steady downward spiral for online brokers. the problem is not one of mgmt, but investors shunning the sector. abwg seems to be priming for a run with the growth, new mgmt, and the recent deal with the portal.
 
 right now, one might reasonably guess the bottom might be near, for the sector with trading season ramping up after summer.
