DJ Global Crossing Hldr Files To Sell 794,100 Common Shares -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 Sep 16:21 WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Orix USA Corp., a shareholder of Global Crossing Ltd., registered to sell 794,100 shares of the company's common stock, according to a Form 114 released by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Filings Business News reported Wednesday. A Form 144 indicates an intention to sell restricted stock. The filing of a Form 144 opens the door for an individual to sell the shares, but does not definitively indicate when the actual sale of the shares will occur or has occurred. The filling indicates that Orix USA, a unit of Orix Corp. (IX) intended to sell the shares on Sept. 3 on the Nasdaq Exchange. TD Securities (USA) Inc. was listed as the broker for the transaction.
