Yes, the downloads from historybank.com ALWAYS fail. Therefore I was unable to use the product. Those liars had the nerve to tell me there was a user error, when all you need to do is click "File->Download" ...Yea, lots of room for error there. Then they tried to pin it on my ISP. I have 3 different ISP's and a satellite connection. 350mhz chip and 128MB RAM. I've never have ANY problems downloading anything elsewhere. Also, they are liars there. As soon as I was sold the product, they never returned a call of mine. They also lied about refunding my $30 trial. When I demanded it to return the fauly piece of garbage software , they then claimed it was a shipping and handlig charge !!! $30 to mail a CD?!?! Insult to injury after wasting a week of my time. Those god damn liars. Trust me stay away.
