a file from Penson could be imported into either Excel or Quicken

Been trying to translate the Penson data into Excel. The best I've found is that it can generate a comma separated file with all the trades. Buys and sells are not matched as they are in the Cyber software- but cyber data is useless because it does not include the commissions.

Real basic question for anyone who knows: How do I import the format into excel?

Stuff looks like this:
"EELN","9/7/99","9/1/99","B",-300,34,10214.95,14.95,"1105","N",""
