The Desert Dirt Area play in Arizona just took a huge leap. A state institution just entered the fray: LS CAPITAL CORPORATION (NASDAQ BB:CHIP) #250 - 15915 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77094 LS CAPITAL ACQUIRES ARIZONA MINING PARTNERSHIP INTEREST HOUSTON, TEXAS - April 3, 1996, LS Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CHIP) announced today that it has acquired a 20% limited partnership interest in Amalgamated Precious Metals L.L.P. (APM), a Nevada limited liability partnership. APM is participating with American Holding Group of Las Vegas, NV and BHO Trust, an Arizona business trust, in a collateralized loan of $21 Million (twenty-one million dollars) of conditioned ore to a regional development commission (RDC) in Arizona. The RDC will use the net proceeds of the loan arrangement to construct a mutli-million dollar infrastructure within the county the RDC represents to build sewers, roads and water treatment facilities to attract industry. The collateralized loan arrangement will last 13 (thirteen) months, with renewal of the loan contingent upon a return of at least 10% per month to APM and its partners. The $21 million of conditioned ore has been placed in a warehouse in Phoenix, AZ and has been insured by a national insurer. LS Capital said that it has the right to participate in several similar collateralized loans as APM develops them.
