Do you know where I can find the terms of this financing?
They seem to be non reporting, and I would like to know how much they will be diluting, and whether it is good financing or a floorless convertible. Has WASP made a profit at what they are doing? I have read they have been in business for several years. The only DD I have found so far is company releases, and references to the Pond, skin care company.
