FORTUNE, 9/27/99. The title of the article is:

"The Stealth Superstar of Online Trading"

The content of the article is exceptional. As regards the growth of institutional business, the articles states:

"The grandest of Knight's ambitions is to get big institutions like mutual funds and pension plans to trade through it. That business accounts for about 20% of Knight's revenues now, but Pasternak says it's the fastest-growing part. Knight's believers say that because it controls so much volume, institutions will turn to it more and more, and eventually it will push the old line Wall Street firms out of that business too. 'It's a virtuous circle for Knight and a potentially vicious circle for the old broker dealers,' says Bonavico."
