Looks like you are right.

The Q website says "The QCP-2760™ QUALCOMM thin phone is a dual-band, dual-mode CDMA all-digital PCS and analog cellular phone."

I interpreted "dual-band" (which when click on brings up an info box saying 'Supports telephone service on two separate frequencies: 800 MHz and 1900 MHz.') as an adjective applying to "CDMA". Now I realize that the "CDMA" is an adjective describing "PCS" which of course is 1900 Mhz, not 800 Mhz cellular. Thanks for pointing this out.
