Very interesting day !! I will feel a lot better after this deal is closed and the money starts flowing but in the meantime my hats off to Bill for his determination and success. I have read the release several times and I see no dilution to GRNO stock. Nor do I believe after all this time that Bill would agree to any. However, I can't help but wonder what percentage of this new public company that Kwikpower is creating GRNO will own with it's newly acquired stock and/or warrants. I also wonder if Bill will keep the new manufacturing facility in Charleston after the ill feelings he has towards the officials there. I hope with our luck this 9/9/99 computer thing doesn't wipe this deal out tomorrow. Good luck to us all, Bob K
