The need for good analysis of OTC companies is absolute. I do not know whether or not that opportunity truly exists today via organizations. I believe PINC is a PAR member but do not know what this provides investors. I am familiar with the birth of Investors Research Institute. It was during the days of the Waako Kid, GIFS, and Gayle Essary. GIFS as I recall was one of the initial companies to participate and receive some sort of approval.<s> This was granted as best as I can recall without the paperwork being completed. GIFS was later liquidated and the CEO remains a fugitive in hiding. The last sighting I am aware of was in Costa Rica. "Youthful indiscretions" was how his 3 prior felonies were played out at the time.<g> I believe IRI was mentioned in some posts on the GIFS thread for those interested. Gayle reportedly is addressing the next meeting. The organization and ownership of IRI was difficult to follow. It would be interesting to ask for full disclosure of it today. I have no idea how IRI has matured since I followed it. For what it is worth. investorsresearch.org
