Rod, The Xplor deal was the last straw for me and I sold out my small position in this company. Mikel & buddies may be the best guys since sliced bread but based on their actions, I do not believe they are doing the right things. They have inflated the number of shares needlessly with a lot of these acquisitions. The added cash flow from the new production is not enough to make a difference. The big money is chasing companies with current production, given the high oil prices. We may not see oil prices this high again for many years to come -- gotta grab what production you can while you can. Will keep an eye on this one and may re-enter once they get that pipeline up or if they are drilling another high-impact well.
