I've been really pleased with my Dell and Dell service. My speakers went out after the warranty expired (of course!). When I called Dell they sent out a new pair of better speakers and just asked me to return the old ones. At best I was expecting to have to send them the speakers first. What a difference from my previous no-name system where I couldn't use both serial ports at once without causing registry conflicts! It was worth the extra money to have someone at the other end of the phone who could understand what I was saying. Al
