Every rally attempt after the SPO announcement has failed. Doesn't look good going into the floodgates opening ceremony. I wonder if some people were mistaken by the "proposed maximum offering price" in the S-1/A filed yesterday, thinking it's the actual pricing (It's just the average stock price on Aug 31, used solely for the purpose of estimating the registration fee). 3 weeks to go, chances are good the secondary will be priced around 140.
