Hi Mike!
I don't have a clue what ZULU or ESVS, and my impression of what it was or was supposed to be (it's now all a blur) are doing.
You see, ZULU was but the third investment of my lifetime. The first one I tripled my money on. The second one I got bogged down in a loss. Having tracked EchoMedia's sesamead product, thinking online television commercials were a realistic possibility, I got heavily into ZULU trying to make up for the loss I incurred on my second investment. Well, the rest is history.
But since ZULU I've changed completely, particularly my perspective on trading in penny stocks. I've discovered there is real value and nice money to be made by investing in IPOs, selling quickly and then buying back in a bit before the expiration of the IPO's Quiet Period. It's like bingo-bingo. The best part is when you leave shares behind in such companies, they are highly prospective ones and you stand a reasonably good chance of making even more money!
Believe me, I've done my self-analysis since the ZULU debacle. I hope never to encounter anything like it again. I think the problem with me and ZULU was not that I talked anybody else into doing something, it's that I had talked myself into doing it. I guess I believed that something which made such perfect sense just couldn't be wrong, in effect, fooling myself.
It's quite a story. After losing four grand on the second investment and eight on my third, I was down to $2,170. I've since turned that into nine grand and am flying even higher, particularly on the LIOX stock in which I've invested.
My conclusion here is this: At least now I know the mistakes I won't make again. I truly am sorry if anyone got dragged into the wake of my then stubborn determination with regard to ZULU. Believe me, it pained me when my friend--who I hadn't seen in some time--visited and asked: "What's happening with Zulu?" Unfortunately, he put a couple grand down himself. I guess the only thing remaining are bad answers to that question. Perhaps, in shell form, it'll rejuvenate into something else--the very way Star Medical turned into Netmaster turned into Zulu-tek, but hopefully with better results. Amen!
Hoping you're doing well and you didn't get clobbered too badly by Zulu.
Best wishes! Michael Weddle (aka PartyTime) |
