LUMM does not trade on a Canadian exchange because, contrary to popular belief, all stocks traded in Canada must have filed disclosure documents essentially equivalent to a prospectus.

LUMM has filed no disclosure with any regulator for us to review. Also, if you ask Investor Relations they will tell you that LUMM is incorporated in Delaware, USA.

Somehow this lack of disclosure is tolerated by the SEC and whoever runs the Bulletin Board. Any of the 11 securities commissions in Canada would have shut this down long ago.
