He dated a lot of pretty girls in high school, went to all the dances with girls but it just never clicked for him. He came out at the age of 18. My daughter had a crush on a girl throughout high school. She is very pretty and never dated which my wife and I could not understand at the time. In college she dated guys but again it never clicked for her either. She came out about a year after her brother at the age of 21. <<You mentioned your wife, so I gather you are currently married. Is your family a traditional nuclear family, or are one or both of you stepparents?>> My wife and I have been married for 27 years.
